Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. We are here to please our customers, provide 100% satisfaction, and make your purchase right. 

Cash refunds are not provided; but, depending on the situation, a credit towards a future purchase may be offered. 

Replacement merchandise for a different product or an exchange for size will be shipped upon your contacting us. We will require payment for the new merchandise but will issue a refund, less shipping charges, upon receipt of the returned item in the original condition shipped. Once we receive the returned merchandise we will credit your account as soon as possible and no later than 1 week of receipt of the return. Please allow time for your credit card company to process the return.

If an item is defective or does not meet the description for the item purchased (we don't expect this to ever happen), we will replace the item with no charge for reshipping. Again, we will need the item back and will require payment prior to shipping the new item, but will credit the full amount as soon as possible upon return of the defective item. 

Personalized items are not refundable. Please be sure you enter spelling/personalization correctly; however, again, we will do our best to accommodate you.
